I. Sales manager duties:
Assists in determining annual business unit and profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
Regularly analyses trends and results
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas by area and resource
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members
Projects sales volumes for existing and new products
Implements sales strategies by developing action plans
Develops the technical knowledge of the sales team
Maintains sales volume,product mix and selling prices by keeping current with demand,trends,economy and competitors
Assists in establishing and adjusting selling price by monitoring costs,competition and suplly and demand
Credit notes management
Manage CRM systems
Resolve queries
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting ,selecting and training employees

Commissions management

Sales team management and identification for development
Branch visits and evaluations
Explore opportunities for innovation
Suggest and implement sales strategies
Review performance of the sales team through one on one feedback
