Job Description:

1. Customer visits
2. Prospect customers
3. In branch servicing of customers
4. Daily customer call schedule
5. Generate quotes
6. Achieve sales and new customer targets set by management
7. Manage dormant accounts monthly
8. Calculation of materials for quotes
9. follow up quotes
10. produce Invoices and sales orders
11. Do customer call reports
12. Perform satisfaction surveys with customers
13. Weekly expense reports
14. Use the Field office CRM system efficiently and productively
15. Plan calls and visits in advance and capture the data on to the Honeybee CRM tablet
16. Assist Finance dept. with allocation of payments
17. Follow up on outstanding payments
18. Provide feedback to management regarding opposition activities on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

1. Vast sales experience preferably in the ceiling & partition industry.
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment and also handle projects consisting of varying priorities and
complexities.
3. Good communication skill and team work spirit in cross function team.
4. Good command of English, both in written and oral.
