Job Description:

1. Daily submission of Turn over, cash up and card payments spreadsheets
2. Prospect customers
3. In branch customer service
4. Daily contact with customers
5. Generate quotes
6. Achieve proposed sales and new customer targets proposed by management
7. Maintenance of dormant accounts monthly
8. Calculation of materials for quotes
9. Follow up quotes
10. Create Invoices
11. Send customer contact reports
12. Conduct satisfaction surveys with customers
13. Assist the Branch Supervisor with their scheduled client visits
14. Assist with stock takes as and when required
15. Process and manage credit notes

Job Requirements:
1. Vast sales experience preferably in the ceiling & partition industry
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment
3. Good communication skill and team work spirit
4. Good command of English, both in written and oral
